WINE MAKING

Selected from parcelles of old vines. Hand picked on the vines and then in the chai. Direct pressing of whole grapes. Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats and on fine lees (4 to 5 months).

TERROIR

Clay limestone. North facing limestone slopes. Age of vines : 35 years.

TASTING

Wine marked by a finesse and minerality. White fruits dominante alongside floral notes. A perfect rosé for gastronomie food.

PAIRING

Nice pairing with salmon gravlax or Thaï prawns.
