Homogeneous territory of clay-limestone hillsides on a hilly terrain, suitable for viticulture, very representative of Provence (excellent sunshine, clay-limestone soils that keep the humidity, rugged relief that ensures good ventilation, average altitude of the vineyard – 370 meters – which is worth the cool nights, even in summer, Mistral de Provence which cleanses the grapes naturally.
- Color : Tranparent pink. Classic pale Provence rosé.
- Nose : White flowers.
- Mouth : Heady mixture of citrus and exotics fruits. Long patate.
