This is a distinguished tasting wine. Its minerality gives a pleasant depth to the wine. Hints of red berries (strawberry, raspberry and red currant) can be noted on the palate and in the nose. After a few seconds in the glass, the wine starts to reveal itself and its complexity, where both freshness and tension are the backbone.
Ideal for summer, can also be enjoyed with Provençal dishes: grilled vegetables.
