Selected from parcels of old vines. Hand picked on the vines and then in the chai. Direct pressing of whol e grapes. Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats and on fine lees (4 to 5 months).
Clay limestone. North facing limestone slopes. Age of vines : 35 years.
Wine marked by a finesse and minerality. White fruits dominance alongside floral notes. A perfect rosé for gastronomic food.
Nice pairing with salmon gravlax or Thaï prawns.
