The grapes are harvested during the night when the temperatures are coolest to preserve the aromas. The alcoholic fermentation is thermo-regulated at 16-17°C.
Total area of the vineyard: 45 hectares, terroir: clay and limestone, vineyard age: 5 to 60 years, cultural characteristics: reasoned culture, wine characteristics: winemaking in the absence of oxygen, without sulphites at harvest and at low temperature to fully respect the integrity of the grapes and wine.
Color : Very pale, orange reflects.
Nose : A powerful nose with aromas of citrus and red fruits.
Mouth : In the mouth we find a rare similarity between the nose and the palate.
Ideal companion for meals with friends, barbecue and conviviality.
