Aging 8 to 10 months in concrete vats.
Similar to the neighbouring soil of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, it consists on pebbles which store heat in the daytime and restore it to the vinestocks in the night-time. Red clay in the subsoil.
Beautiful ruby color. Elegant nose on red fruit. In the mouth, a well balanced wine with silky tannins.
Ideal with grilled poultry, a gourmet salad or a plate of cold meats.
