The long and soft vinification allows the future wines to weave their complexity aromatic in order to bring out the subtleties of the soil.
- Soil: clay-limestone, gravel and pebbles.
- Area: 40 hectares in production, distributed around Vaugines, Cadenet, Cucuron and Lourmarin.
The deep color contrasts with the freshness in the mouth. Aromas of white flowers, fruits such as pears and quinces that predominate. The finish is fresh , tasty and very elegant.
A pleasing wine, enjoy it alone or with grilled or in sauce fishes. White meats suit him perfectly well.
