The long and soft vinification allows the future wines to weave their complexity aromatic in order to bring out the subtleties of the soil.
- Soil: clay-limestone, gravel and pebbles.
- Area: 40 hectares in production, distributed around Vaugines, Cadenet, Cucuron and Lourmarin.
- Average age of vines: 26 years.
Its dark red color is a beautiful intensity. His nose expresses notes of ripe fruit, pepper and licorice. The wood gives it some subtle and sophisticate vanilla notes. In the palate, the texture is silky, the finish is coated with a great freshness.
It will escort perfectly the dishes of meat in sauce, a cheek of beef in daube for example, game, and all dishes of terroir raised.
